The beds are as follows:
Downstairs: Queen wooden post bed
Master: Queen (we may replace it with a king next spring)
Upstairs guest bedroom: twin wooden post beds
Upstairs small guest bedroom: double
Upstairs green flowered wallpaper room: Twin beds (may replace it with a queen bed this spring).
Upstairs daughter’s room (blue headboards): two queen beds.

Pool will be open before Memorial Day – Tennis court isn’t operable.

Utilities will be included with the $10,000 a week price with a 2-3 week minimum.

Available between 5/18 and 6/28

Cleaner two times a week ($640) and upon departure at tenants expense.
