The Reid Barn

Located on the West End and across from the Fishers Island Yacht Club and near Dock Beach and central to town yet private with views overlooking West Harbor.

The Reid Barn could be available for limited times in 2023. The main floor has a nice master with a queen bed and a large master bathroom with a jacuzzi and a larger rainmaker shower. There is a large open, vaulted ceiling living/dining room and a full kitchen with all of the modern appliances. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen and it own bathroom and then another bedroom with two twins and a double bed, this room has its own bathroom, as well.

The Reid Barn is a family home and well maintained (central a/c) and Starlink wireless internet connection and with “Smart TV’s”.

$1,100 per night (includes utilities) plus $250 for cleaning.

There is an independent 2 BR Studio apartment on the ground floor and sometime the owners will be using it.

Possibly Available Friday 8/11/23 to noon on Sunday 8/20/23

Maximum occupancy is 7 (BR 1- Queen, BR 2 – Queen, BR 3 – Double and two twins)
