Located on approximately .98 acres on the West End with stunning views overlooking the Hay Harbor Golf Course, down South Beach, with Race Rock Lighthouse and the Race beyond. This classic, summer-style cottage was built in 1897 and has a covered porch that allows one to enjoy, in my opinion, some of the best vistas on the entire Island.

The comfortable living room has a large window that takes in the incredible perspective and opens to the porch. The adjoining sunroom takes advantage of the spectacular views and provides terrific light into the dining room. There is a central staircase that leads to the four bedrooms and three bathrooms on the second floor. On the rear of the house, Montauk Ave. side, there is a small bedroom, storage room, half bath, open kitchen, and good-sized laundry/utility room. There is also a small porch off the kitchen, and the driveway runs between Oriental and Montauk.
