1 BR Cottage – West End

The Boyd 1 BR Cottage could be available for the following, 7/1 – 7/6 and 7/13 – 7/31 or 24 nights at $321 per night for a total of $7,714 plus cleaning.

I asked the current tenant to take some photos (not great) but they can give you an idea. It will look much better once they depart in May and once the Boyd’s return and organize. They Boyd’s also have a new bed for the bedroom as the one pictured is the tenants. They don’t plan on installing internet but will try to pull the wifi signal from the main house. They did say your dog would be fine. I am note sure if you know Mike Douglas and his wife but they will be returning to the main house for the month but super nice and all should be good.
